Task

At the meeting, Secretary Ridge requests that his advisors meet to decide how they will divide this money for use among the directorates. After having subcommittee meetings, the Secretary wants a submitted proposal that outlines how your sub committee will use these new funds. Acting as an expert from one of the directorates, you will write a proposal that illustrates and defends how your committee decided to distribute these new funds. You will also support this proposal with an excel spreadsheet and graph so that the Secretary can quickly view supporting statistics.
