EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY

Blending educational principles and theories with modern technology is what educational technology is all about. The platform can be as singulary as a stand alone application and as broadly distributed as an eLearning module posted on the Internet. What ever the case, it is very important to include clear goals and objectives that target learning outcomes. This means design, revision of that design, testing of a prototype, and revision of a prototype prior to publishing. Here are a few more examples of educational technology projects that I developed at SDSU.

Adventures with Dad is a podcast that explores educational and meaningful activities for Dads to spend with their children.

Jazz Duets is a musical project that incorporates a unique arrangement, the testing of those arrangements, and finally a product that was sold to help educate about Jazz and the saxophone.

A Reflection upon Conflict Resolution is a short video that captures student reaction to a project that they did. I also have samples of the classroom project over a period of about four weeks of work.
